Jillaine Laughlin
A dedicated dance educator and co-owner of Mt. Lassen Dance Academy, Jillaine Laughlin enriches our board with her passion, technical expertise, and lifelong commitment to the performing arts.
Benjamin “Coach” Wade
Artistic Director
Ben is the conductor of the Susanville Symphony, a talented musician, and former collegiate soccer coach, he is also known for his appearances on the CBS reality series Survivor. He serves as a music educator and artistic leader, combining experience in athletics, performing arts, and community engagement.
Tanya Smith
Treasurer
With roots in the movie theatre industry, Tanya Smith offers our board a unique blend of experience, tradition, and love for local entertainment strengthened by her work as both an office manager and financial assistant.
Mark Sanders
Secretary
Drawing on his long career in entertainment—as well as a photographer and owner of Intermountain Computers—Mark Sanders contributes essential knowledge and passion to our board.

A longtime champion of youth and the performing arts, Shelley Bennett enriches our board with her experience leading the Lassen High School Drill Team and the Miss Lassen County Pageant.
